Property Manager

About:

Tasks:

• Daily property management tasks

• Communicate with Landlords and tenants

• Handling maintenance issues

• Conduct practical completion inspections, routine and final inspections

• Bond lodgement and claims

• Prepare and attending VCAT

• Prepare and handling insurance claims & lodgement

Requirements:

• Immediate start

• Have Agent Representative Certificate

• Minimum 2 years experience in property leasing & management, can manage 130-200 portfolio with the team

• Have a valid driver license and own vehicles

• Monday – Friday work only, YOU CAN HAVE SATURDAYS OFF!!!!

• Good at teamwork and communication

• Proficient in any Asian language
