The role will see the successful candidate be responsible for:

• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Manage property inspections
• Leasing of properties
• Working with landlords to understand their expectations
• Handling maintenance and repair queries
• Attending to VCAT

• Manage approx 70 portfolios

• Familiar with Property Me system

• Training provided

The ideal candidate will have:

• Deliver on our commitment to outstanding customer service through your excellent communication skills
• Speaks fluent English and Chinese

Other requirements:

• Current drivers license
• Current agents representative certificate
• Current police check
• Competent computer skills
• Min. 6 months experience
