Senior Property Manager

The role will see the successful candidate be responsible for:

• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Manage property inspections
• Leasing of properties
• Working with landlords to understand their expectations
• Handling maintenance and repair queries
• Attending to VCAT

• 150 properties at the moment with the extension up to max 180

• Familiar with PropertyTree, IRE, Inspection Express etc

• 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

• Training provided

Other requirements:

• Current drivers license
• Current agents representative certificate
• Current police check
• Competent computer skills
• Min. 2 -3 years experience
