The role will see the successful candidate be responsible for:

• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Manage property inspections
• Leasing of properties
• Working with landlords to understand their expectations
• Handling maintenance and repair queries
• Attending to VCAT
• Manage upto 100 portfolio
• Saturday work only required if there is any OFIs

The ideal candidate will have:

• English and Chinese bilingual (written and verbal)

Other requirements:

• Current drivers license
• Current agents representative certificate
• Current police check
• Competent computer skills
• Min. 2 years experience
