Renowned real estate company is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join their team.

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide support and assistance in planning, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
  • Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts
  • Maintain websites and look at data analytics
  • Manage campaigns on social media
  • Coordinate arrangements for all events and meetings
  • Prepare budgets and provide periodic progress reports to Manager for each event project
  • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process
  • Liaising with the Sales & Rental Departments
  • Creating sales documentations and reviewing sales contracts
  • Maintaining office files, including contracts, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
  • Database/CRM management
  • Other general duties as determined by Director

To be successful you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
  • Highly organized, planner and problem solver
  • Ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • 1-2 years previous experience in marketing administration is preferential
  • Australian Citizen/PR
Salary: $45k-$58k includes super
