As they have developments in various stages (recently delivered and new acquisitions), you will have the opportunity to assist in all stages of the development cycle. From acquisitions, to planning and design, construction management, right through to settlement and post- settlement.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director and supported by the Legal Counsel and Finance Director your primary day to day functions includes the following:
- Working with the MD and senior managers to influence and establish strategic plans for the Company.
- Overseeing the administration and organisational development of internal processes and procedures.
- Directing workflow and personnel of the Company.
- Working with the project team to produce feasibility reports and cash flow and business modelling.
- Developing and implementing robust risk and compliance practices to protect the personnel and physical assets of the organisation.
- Maintaining relationships with key commercial partners.
- Participate in establishing that the structure is appropriate for the group’s future plans including new acquisitions.
Applicant Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in the property/ construction industry in Victoria or NSW;
- Australian recognised qualification (or international equivalent) in a related field of study and valid long-term working visa or PR;
- a positive attitude and ability to problem solve, plan and have strong organisational and analytical skills, communication and stakeholder management skills; and
- Police check and reference checks will be required
