Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Tenant management
  • Maintenance management
  • Open home and private inspections
  • In-going condition reports
  • Routine inspections
  • Final outgoing inspections
  • Preparing and signing lease agreements
  •                 Assisting the property management team

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience in real estate is preferred
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft office Suite
  • Proactive and strong attention to detail
  • Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Customer service focus
  • Positive attitude 
  • Have exceptional communication skills
  • Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Have a current Victorian Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
  • Have permanent residency in Australia is preferred
  • Able to work on Saturdays sometimes for open inspection
Salary: $50k plus super plus commission
