Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Tenant management
- Maintenance management
- Open home and private inspections
- In-going condition reports
- Routine inspections
- Final outgoing inspections
- Preparing and signing lease agreements
- Assisting the property management team
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience in real estate is preferred
- Proficiency with the Microsoft office Suite
- Proactive and strong attention to detail
- Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Customer service focus
- Positive attitude
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Have a current Victorian Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
- Have permanent residency in Australia is preferred
- Able to work on Saturdays sometimes for open inspection
Salary: $50k plus super plus commission
