Job Description
- Develop a pipeline of new referral agent networks for the company projects
- Managing and training the team of Sales Consultants
- Liaise with Marketing Manager on the marketing strategy and material
- Maintain strong relationships with referrers, marketers and selling groups to achieve maximum sales and to meet monthly targets
- Strategic planning and relationship management to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify and advise on opportunities in the market
Skills and experience
- 5+ years of combined experience or knowledge in, real estate industry and branding, with proven industry records
- Prefer property developer background
- Previous experience in working with channel agents is highly desirable
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or proper software’ experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native English speaker is preferred
