Due to rapid growth, our client is looking for a hungry, sales orientated BDM who will assist with the development of their rental department. The business is one of the fastest growing franchises in real estate, and are looking for outstanding individuals to join the best in the business.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Help grow the rental roll
  • Sourcing new business opportunities through your own prospecting
  • Managing existing and creating new customer relationships;
  • Identifying key opportunities in the market and proactively engaging to secure new business;
  • Build relationships with existing company contacts
  • Follow up on any rental leads passed through
  • Managing relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue opportunities;
  • Communicating with customers within the territory on a regular basis to develop rapport and to better understand their needs;
  • Arrange face to face meetings with clients

Skills & Experience:

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development or Sales within the real estate industry or a similar field
  • Strong Customer service
  • Well presented, professional and driven.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team and independently
  • Current Driver’s licence
  • Reliable car
  • Agents rep certificate
  • Speaks excellent English and Mandarin
